Furthermore, I confirm that I am fully aware that SvenskaTimmen is not associated with the Swedish government and provided as a standalone service without any ties to governmental educational organizations. I further assert that I under no circumstances will distribute the course material provided by SvenskaTimmen, and hereby acknowledge that these materials are provided for private use only and may NOT be distributed or published. I take full legal responsibility for the case where these materials are distributed or abused by me and assert that SvenskaTimmen under no circumstances whatsoever, may be held responsible for actions of this nature. I am aware of the fact that SvenskaTimmen renounces cheating/plagiarism and will not take any responsibilities for the given context, under which these services are utilized. I hereby agree that SvenskaTimmen, respect all copyright laws of other publishers, and will under no circumstances violate them. Each individual lecture is prepared by SvenskaTimmen and outlines only one approach to the specified linguistic concept. Therefore, I acknowledge that there are various approaches to the same linguistic concept and that SvenskaTimmen may only utilize one of these approaches. In the case when I, as a user of these services, violate Copyright laws, the responsibility is placed solely on me and I am aware that legal action might apply to me upon abuse of these terms and conditions. By usage of the services provided by SvenskaTimmen, I contact SvenskaTimmen as a private citizen, and SvenskaTimmen’s gesture to provide me with these services is also as a private citizen. SvenskaTimmen, reserves the right that a plurality of solutions exist for a given task. Each individual lecture solution outlines merely one solution with the reservation that this may not be the only unique solution to the alleged problem. The right of withdrawal of money or money-back-guarantee, does NOT apply to any services or products provided by SvenskaTimmen, as SvenskaTimmen provides and initiates all its services, based on the consumer's consent. Consumer's consent to the commencement of a service is further confirmed by the payment of the consumer. SvenskaTimmen’s Terms of education has been based on the Distance and Doorstep Selling Act (2005:59) which in accordance with the Swedish Law, upon which inter alia, reads: "4 § The provisions relating to withdrawal of § § 916 does not apply to contracts relating to ... A service and performance has begun with the consumer's consent in withdrawal period ...". This legal paragraph reveals that a money-back-guarantee does NOT apply after initiation of a service. SvenskaTimmen, has therefore no obligation to compensate a consumer in the event of a withdrawal. This procedure applies to all services offered by SvenskaTimmen, in accordance with the paragraph stated above. SvenskaTimmen reserves the right to refuse assignments based on heavy workload or due to internal training of staff members. As a customer, I hereby confirm that SvenskaTimmen in all phases of its services, and virtual lectures cannot be held responsible for staff shortages, difficulties with the Internet connection, electricity shortages associated with weather conditions, strikes, and other unforeseen incidents that may affect SvenskaTimmen. I agree that the illegal use of the services provided by SvenskaTimmen under the directives notified through this page will result in legal action at a Swedish court and the Police authority. I hereby affirm, that I subscribe to the fact that staff members at SvenskaTimmen, or products and services provided by SvenskaTimmen under no circumstances will be held responsible for my academic performance and I have been fully aware of this matter prior to utilizing all products or services provided by SvenskaTimmen. The contents of all web pages related to SvenskaTimmen, are protected by Swedish and international Copyright laws. This includes all images and web design solutions. Consequently, these pages may not be copied, in whole or in part, for private and/or commercial use. In violation of Copyright laws, SvenskaTimmen may choose to file a lawsuit against an individual or entity and this will result in prosecution by public prosecutors.
